Stomach growling although i'm not hungry. what can cause this?

Normal function: Is there is not an eating disorder present this is normal. The stomach and bowels are always working and sometimes are noisy - if this is the only issue then not likely a problem. The workings of the stomach and bowel are automatic and cyclic.
