Now is fine.: The key here is to feed toddlers " small fish" ( little mercury built up) versus " large fish" ( potentially more mercury built up) So you want to avoid fresh tuna, shark or swordfish for now. Salmon, halibut, cod or trout is fine. One can per week of canned albacore tuna is ok, this has less mercury than fresh tuna. If your baby gets any rash or reaction, let his pediatrician know!
