See a doctor: You likely need an exam by a doctor. Based on your injury an X ray could be possible as well as more testing in the future if no better. Please see an urgent care doctor as soon as possible or your own family doctor.

Knee injury: I would continue to treat it conservatively. If the pain and swelling have not improved in a week's time, I would seek the consultation of an orthopedist. This is assuming you can bear weight on it.

See your physician: You need to see your physician. An exam and Xrays need to be done. You may have bruised your knee, but a torn meniscus or a fracture of one of the bones comprising the knee can also have occurred. It's time to get a thorough evaluation.
