It depends: Hi yv3tt3. Colon cancer is often diagnosed when a person has symptoms such as bleeding from the rectum or a significant change in bowel habits. Sometimes people will experience abdominal pain as well. If you have any of these symptoms, your doctor may want to order a ct scan or a colonoscopy. Thanks for using health tap!
