Question?: What is the question? If a patient has myocarditis, they likely shouldn't drink a lot of coffee or perhaps any unless decaffeinated so that they don't precipitate PVCs. If the question is whether to get a cup of coffee and sit down and read about myocarditis and PVCs, that might not be a bad idea if one is interested in the subject.
