Can you tell me if on only one of my feet, the tops of my toes are itchy, pink, and look shiny. does anyone know what this is?

Without seeing a : Picture or examining that is tough to say. Could be anything from a sunburn, a rash, contact dermatitis etc etc...are the toes swollen? Any skin peeling?
