Different diseases: Neuroblastoma and neuroectodermal tumors are different diseases. Both can affect children of all ages and both are treated differently. Neuroblastoma specifically the 4-S variety can go away on its own without treatment. This can only be established by a biopsy and specific biologic tests. Please submit a more specific question.
