Rare; but yes...: Neuroblastoma is usually in children; and the most common cancer in infants...But unfortunately(and rarely) it can occur in adults, too.

No: Not in the classic sense. Neuroblastoma is a solid cancer of infants and children. Adults can get other types of neurogenic tumors, though.
