Try walking, swimming or biking for 15 minutes several times a day to improve your circulation. No: A low blood pressure can be very healthy. As long as you are healthy and not dizzy, or lightheaded, the low blood pressure would be remarkable but of no clinical significance. Women have a slower metabolic rate than men so do not generate as much body heat so feel colder. This is because of less muscle mass and is normal.
