Dental issues: vitamin deficiency is related to this, but in weathy countries this is almost never the case. Ill ftting dentures or other dental issues are a cause. Unknown is the largest category and you can try all the cures on the internet and still be unsatisfied. Covering the cheilitis with lipstick or vaseline or lip gloss is palliative
