Get checked!: Red is a warning sign. Get that bump checked. It may not be serious, but if it is serious sooner is better. Start with your dentist. He/she will guide you if further care is necessary. And he can check the white tongue issue as well.

White-ish tongue: It may not be anything abnormal, but you should have it checked by your dentist, especially if you smoke, chew, dip or drink alcohol more than an occasional drink. Many oral cancers are assymptomatic and look innocent at first.
