Pericardial fluid: The amount of pericardial fluid that is described is not hemodynamically significant, but it can be related to lupus involvement of the pericardium. Collaboration with your rheumatologist and a cardiologist would provide the best advice.

Lupus/SLE: Hi, sorry to hear that, although the effusion is trivial but I'm wondering if you have Pericaditis (inflammation of the heart membrane) due to your Lupus. The treatment is just treating your Lupus, please follow ur Rheumatologist recommendation closely. Feel better soon and be safe.
