How far along in the woman's pregnancy do you have to be before you feel the baby move?

Quickening: Usually around 14-16 weeks you get quickening, which is like exaggerated butterflys down in your lower abdomen. As far as kicks everyone feels them at a different time, but in general its a few weeks after quickening. I've had some patient claim they have never felt movement as I watch what looks like a foot stick up and move across the abdomen.
