Stretch marks: Stretch marks are due to her rapid growth. You can use cocoa butter for some help. The stretch marks will fade over time but may not entirely disappear

Puberty: Mederma cream over-the-counter is supposed to help, although it may not be terribly effective. Stretch marks face with time. Your daughter, unless she is becoming overweight, is probably simply developing a woman's figure. She may also develop stretch marks along her hips. Exercise and a healthy diet also help.
