Antihistamine: Allegra (fexofenadine) comes in a self dissolving pill that gets absorved faster through the oral mucosa.

Depends: all meds don't work the same for all patients. The claritin may work for you if you double the dose. A nasal steroid might help to use every morning in addition of instead of the claritin. Zyrtec and allegra both are great. If all this isn't working, see an allergist for skin testing. Are ther predictable times of the year you have trouble, animals in the home, dust?
