Uncertain: Really can't diagnose based on this information. Would recommend medical assessment. See you have issues with hyperthyroidism. Rapid heart rate, pruritus (itching), muscle & joint/muscle pain, Fatigue and moodiness can occur with hyperthyroidism. Discuss symptoms with your doctor.
