Normal: Leg got stung, will gradually be less painful day-by-day. Can rub with a cortisone or with a wet (uncoated or chewable) aspirin. Arm pain not related.

Yellow Jacket sting: Local reaction from yellow jacket usually resolves in few hrs but some times prolongs upto 2 days and gradually resolves over 5-10 days, if keeps getting bigger and red streaks appears have it examined to rule out infection. Antihistamine, cold compress and steroids might facilitate recovery
