Docors said allergies but it's causing me to wheeze and shortness of breath completely congested and dizzy when i blow my nose super itchy eyes why?

Prescription time?: Sounds like your allergies are to the point where you would benefit from treatment. If you are taking OTC allergy medication you should probably talk to your doctor about a prescription. If not you can start with one of the OTC's like Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec (cetirizine). Either way, you would benefit from seeing a doctor to get your symptoms under control.
