How can one get pregnant when the sperm is always coming out from the vaginal? especially with the case of 2nd degree uterus prolapse.

Sperm and semen: sperm start separating from semen shortly after ejaculation. In my fertility patients I tell them to lay back after he finishes with a pillow or cushion under the thighs to give the vagina a slight upward tilt for 20 minutes. Having an orgasm (you) while in that position after he finishes also increases sperm getting up thru the cervix.

It only takes one: Prolapse does not prevent conception.Second degree prolapse cervix is still in vagina ,however even with 3rd degree prolapse ,one still gets pregnant
