My scoliosis curve in thoracic area isnt a transitioning curve but 2 of the circular bones look almost diagonal to each other causes?

Impossible to say...: It is impossible to comment without actually being able to look at the x-rays. Pictures are so dependent on how you are positioned during the picture that to comment on what you perceive is diagonal is impossible and would be of no help to you. You need to sit with your doctor who ordered the x-rays and actually point out what you are concerned about and have him or her explain what you see!
