Hypertension.: You probably need you blood pressure medication adjusted again such as increase the dosage or another medication to be added to bring your blood pressure lower than what you you have now that is 140/90 or clolse to it. You can not adjust your blood pressure medication on your own you need a medical doctor to do it for you. It is possible that they may even hospitalzed to bring it down. Go to ER.
