Shingles: There is a good possibility,,with that history than you have Herpes Zoster or "Shingles" This is due to re-activation of the Chicken Pox virus in a nerve (nerves) where it causes a tiny chicken pox like "bump" in the skin at the end of the nerve.
There is medication for this disorder even after the rash breaks out so contact your Primary Care Physician for advice.
