See a doctor: a rash could indicate a virus,or allergic reaction or reaction to a toxin,could be early sign of sepsis. my advise go and see your doctor,it could ne nothing,but it is worth the peace of mind. these things could start very innocent,so do not ignore it.good luck and go see a doctor.
