Not Likely: While possible, oral cancer require many years of misuse to develop. Also, we are not certain of the effect of e-cigs but know there is a 100% correlation between use of SNUS with oral cancer developing in the location where the SNUS is placed in the mouth. Most likely you have candidiasis or thrush but in any event, you need to see your dentist to have it evaluated & treated.

Very doubtful: mouth cancer is very rare at your age. I would have to visualize your mouth and feel with a gloved fingers to render a proper opinon, but the skin in the mouth changes very rapidly and it is likely to resolve on its own.

Unlikely: Very unlikely See oral surgeon or ENT doc if you have any of these symptoms: Persistent mouth sore, persistent mouth pain, a lump or thickening in the cheek, a white/red patch on the gums, tongue, tonsil, or lining of the mouth, a sore throat, hoarseness or feeling that something is caught in the throat that does not go away, difficulty swallowing/chewing.
