Yes and yes: The meds u mention are good for acid reflux. They may not help symptoms of ibs. Both reflux and ibs may be made worse by stress. For more info, and a treatment plan tailored to you, see your doctor. Good luck!

Acid reflux: Yes, lanzoprazole is excellent. Peptac less potent. Both symptoms associate with stress and worry.
