Enema product: yes, this is old waste. We all are prone to collect old waste along our colon wall. The old waste collects there, unless one has frequent bowel movements. Once cleaned out, add high fiber foods daily: apples with skin, pear with skin, high fiber oat meal, high fiber bran, other fruits and veggies with pulp and skins. Aim to increase movements and bulk.
