Dislocation?: Where is it popped out? One of the most common injuries to the shoulde is a disclocation of the joint where the collar bone joins the shoulder. It's called the acromioclavicular joint. If you fall onto the side of your shoulder, this joint can be dislocated. If it happened a long time ago. There may be arthritis now in that joint. If painful get it evaluated.
