Skin infection.: Are you shaving this area?This is becoming fashionable and causing more skin infections,which could be dangerous and hard to treat..If it is very small and not too pain Gil ,you may try Bacitracin or Neosprin OTC .If it continues to enlarge and get more painful see a doctor for antibiotic treatment.One problem we see now is something called MERSA ,which needs a health professionals management.
