Labial lump: Bartholin's cyst is somewhat near opening of vagina? Other cyst? Sorry, can't say without evaluation.

Agree with Dr. F: An other possibility to consider would be infection of a hair follicle, folliculitis. It would be prudent to see your doctor as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, Get HPV vaccination. Wish you good health!

Agree with Dr Fowler: You do need an evaluation. Meanwhile, try sitting in comfortably very warm water as often as you can, and lie on a heating pad. Otherwise, don't touch much, this won't help and it could aggravate.
