Yes and no: The first part of your description sounds like a classic viral syndrome: fever, body aches, but moderate pain in the groin (inguinal) lymph nodes could point to a more serious bacterial infection. I would recommend seeing your gynecologist or primary care provider to determine why you have the lymph node swelling. It may be viral, but it would be safer to get a physical exam to be sure.
