Need to be concerned: fever at night is not a sign of pregnancy. the other symptoms you mention are generic signs of malaise that could include, but are not limited, to pregnancy . Consider alternative causes for fever, including infections (malaria for example), genetic issues like familial mediterrean fever, or inflammatory states like cancer. I do not mean to frighten you, but episodic fever needs to be investigated
