Good day doc i have a bump near my vagina. it's small, hard, not itchy, and outside the bump there is a small blackish thingy. the bump is not exactly inside the vagina. i haven't been on any medication help doc should l be worried?

This may be a wen, also called a sebaceous cyst. However it would have to be inspected by your physician, gynecologist ,surgeon or a dermatologist to be sure for diagnosis and advice. Lack of redness & tenderness means it's not inflamed or infected.
