Perhaps: You did not mention whether you are taking any hormone supplements. Sometimes in premature ovarian failure, low sex drive can be due to low levels of testosterone which in women can be produced by the ovary normally. Testosterone can be responsible for sex drive in both sexes. Best to see your doctor and be evaluated.

Hormone replacement: Wow, that is young. Poor you. Primary ovarian failure is treated with hormone replacement. Are you taking estrogen? Are you depressed? Please see your physician to talk about it. There are still ways you can have children with your spouse in the future using someone else's ova and IVF. Adoption is also a wonderful thing to do. Have you lost interest in things you usually like doing?
