Period still not arrived... it was suppose to arrive end of march... husband and i did not have sex (so pregnancy will be rules out). just hoping it is not early menopause & not cancer, b/c husband and i do want kids in the near future. please advise?

Missed or irregular periods can have a variety of causes from PCOS to stress induced amenorrhea to cancer and hormonal disfunction. A very detailed menstrual history along with blood testing can help a physician narrow down causes.
