Noticed that my cycle is changing. less bleeding but lasts same amount of days (4-5days). could be early menopause or something else? what are signs of early menopause?

31 years of age is quite young for early menopause/perimenopausal changes but is possible. Thyroid problems can change menstrual pattern, as can stress or medication changes. If the cycle remain regular, there is no unusual pain, & you feel well otherwise, you could wait & see, but if problems you should check with Dr by appointment
