Yes: You need to start regularly brushing and flossing your teeth. In addition, go to see a dentist, get a good cleaning and evaluation for caries. At your age, you cna still change the color and the smile. :)

Professional care: Nothing will guarantee white teeth, but regular brushing is a good start. Professional cleaning is recommended at least every six months to maintain dental health and to help remove stains.

AND HEALTHY GUMS!: Regular brushing and flossing is just as important for gum health! People lose even good teeth from unhealthy gums. Brushing properly (up and down, all the way) is critical to gum health! Floss too! Good luck! Keep it up!
