Bleaching strips: Go to your pharmacy or target or walmart and buy crest professional whitening strips, get two sets and use both one right after the other, but first make sure you have a good cleaning with your dental hygienist.

Whitening: Yellower teeth can whiten quite well with the whitening products that are available today. You can opt for an inexpensive route of getting crest whitestrips at the store of your choice, or you can see your dentist for other options which may be quicker and more effective.

See your dentist: What is very important for you to understand is that patients should not attempt whitening their teeth on their own without first seeing a dentist to make sure they have no cavities, gum problems or other issues that need to be treated first. See a dentist, discuss your wishes and concerns and work together for better dental health. You wouldn't put new panelling over walls rotting from termites.

Teeth whitening: Professional teeth whitening would be your best option. Over the counter products are not as effective. Crest has white strips which are available only through dentists which are stronger than over the counter crest white strips if you are on a budget.
