Variable: Most people who have dizziness with Duloxetine will see the side effect decrease slowly and resolve in 2 weeks. It is best to take it at bed time.

Variable: Some patients starting duloxetine will feel some dizziness for the first few days to a week. After that it often goes away as your body gets used to the drug. In some patients however it does not go away and medications may need to be changed.
