Yes and no: Lamictal is often used as a mood stabilzer in bipolar patients but caution with rash must be observed, duloxetine is indicated for depresssion and pain management. Neither should help with vertigo dizziness unless this is related to psychosomatic pathology, but this is a siagnosis of exclusion.
