Ask: Ask your neurologist or neuroophthalmologist. Each case is different. Could be something as simple as weight gain or in effectiveness of medication or previous treatment.

Recurrence is common: Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) aka Pseudotumor cerebri aka Benign intracranial hypertension is group of conditions characterized by increased intracranial pressure without intracranial mass, hydrocephalus, infection, or hypertensive encephalopathy. Usually self limited with recurrence rate of 9-43%. Vertigo not typical. Recommend you go back to Neurologist can be chronic in some pts
