Yes: They can change in two years. The sad reality is that they can change overnight. Plaques rupture and that's a sudden event. We wish heart catheterizations could be crystal balls but, the reality is, we still have no way to predict the future. Your diabetes is a serious risk factor which, with rare exception, you can't change.
