Hello i am 48 years old and have a ct heart calcium score of 194 in my left anterior descending lad is that a lot of plaque. can i reverse this help?

Maybe.: A score like this indicates potentially moderate disease. I say potentially because the test is not very specific. The doc who ordered the test should be explaining this to you. I suspect another test is in your near future.
