Significant swelling-upper inner thighs after long horseback rides (5 hrs x 2 days=10 hrs). the swelling is noticeable visually as well as when i walk?

Ice pack/rest: Ice packs to thighs to bring the swelling down and less exercise until back to normal. Walking is fine. Swimming or water aerobics also. Protect your skin from ice exposure with a towel and limit to 15 minutes icing. Antiinflammatories like ibuprofen(Advil/Motrin), naproxen(Aleve) and Aspirin, if no bleeding, kidney, or liver issues and no allergies to these medications may help, too.
