Mouth-breathing: Dry mouth comes from nighttime mouth-breathing. Are you having allergy symptoms like cough, sneeze, eye irritation and itching, stuffy nose? It would be a good idea to see a local physician to help you figure out your difficulty breathing. Is it difficult through your nose? Is it asthma? Do you smoke? Do you snore and have sleep apnea with daytime drowsiness? A doctor needs to talk to and examine.
