Evaluation: Might be worthwhile to get evaluated. Rhinorrhea can cause some breathing problems, but the night time "drowning symptoms" sounds like something more. I would be suspicious of pulmonary edema. Given the symptoms have been ongoing for weeks probably time to be seen.
