What could be the cause of a constant fluid flow for about three weeks from the nose of a 48 year old woman and difficulty breathing be? feel like she is drowning when sleeping. has it anything to do with rhinorrhea or something else.

Evaluation: Might be worthwhile to get evaluated. Rhinorrhea can cause some breathing problems, but the night time "drowning symptoms" sounds like something more. I would be suspicious of pulmonary edema. Given the symptoms have been ongoing for weeks probably time to be seen.
