Low hemoglobin count: can cause dyspnea, If you have risk factors to get blood clot in the lungs that could cause short of breath and requires further testing. See your doctor if short of breath persists.

Oxygen and anemia: Hemoglobin carries oxygen to tissue in our body. Low hemoglobin will result in shortness of breath. The important diagnosis is why are you anemic.

Went to er for short of breath and sharp chest pain. xray and bloodwork normal. but d dimer was 564 and considered elevated but doctor said it's fine and sent home. could it still be blood clot? o2 sats were 94 ?
Sharp pains in chest, shoulder blade, upper/lower abdomen, middle/lower back and kidney areas. Deep breathes and laying down made it worse.

Went got all blood tests was normal / nuclear stress test normal / chest X-ray / catscan / colonoscopy / endo / pft / still feel tightness and like can't catch my breath and my heart beat gonna stop. Getting worse and worse . Cardiol said clear?lung?
