Acid reflux: Acid reflux can be pretty bad. Many people can relate what they eat to the symptoms and of course if you can then dont eat it. OTC treatments like zantac (ranitidine) help but you should also see a GI doctor as well. Sometimes a bacteria int eh stomach H. pylori can cause it
