Venous stasis: Hi, I believe you have venous insufficiency, a condition that ur veins r unable to return the blood to the heart, so it stays in ur leg, fluid ooz out, causes the swelling and also stains after awhile. Elevate ur leg, try compression stocking, see ur pmd for further evaluation though. Good luck.
