Sinuses, possibly: A chronic postnasal drip that comes from one side only might be caused by a chronic sinus infection. Other signs that might be consistent may include headache over the eye on the affect side or pain/fullness in the cheek. The color of discharge may help as well. A sinus infection will often have a green/yellow color. A physical exam by your doctor may help with diagnosis.
