1st csection 4wks ago i've read what issues csec cause numbness scar tissue adhesions hernias intestinal issues ect do all women have these problems?

Not all women: Those are potential negative consequences as a result of a c/s, but most women do not experience any of these issues. Numbness at the site of the scar is probably more common than the other things listed, which are rare. If you are concerned about anything, call and see your OBGYN.
